YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM, BUT A VICTOR!
God’s anointing is all over you and in you! You are MORE than a Conqueror! You are NOT a victim, but a VICTOR!
I John 4:4 – Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.
Romans 8:37 – In all these things, we are more than Conquerors through Him that loves us.
I know that life is not always fair and life happens to some of us in the most painful of circumstances. On the other hand, my faith, my belief, my standard of Who our Heavenly Father is, based on my perception of His Word, tells me that He will work all things together and He will receive glory! Our lives are a tapestry, beautifully interwoven into the purposes of God! Here’s some help to get you through the challenges!
1. Identify Your Support System.
Plan this all-important circle around your life. Don’t let it happen by accident or circumstance. Jesus called those to Him that He wanted to be with Him. God has the proper people for your life.
Ecclesiastes 4: 9, 10 – Two are better than one…for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
2. Stop Asking “Why” You Went Through Adversity–Start Asking “Why” Did I Survive?
Ask and it shall be given unto you. Seek and you will find. Matthew 7:7
God will give you clarity and purpose. Ask and seek until it comes.
3. Abandon Every Voice Of Doubt
Look at the difference in Joshua and Caleb and the 10 spies in the Old Testament. Ten were voices of doubt – only 2 were voices of faith. Needless to say, the doubters all died together.
Since God believes in you and has hopes for your life, don’t waste your time hanging out with people who don’t believe what God believes about you! We all need various voices in our lives. For example, the voice of love, the voice of correction, hope, restoration, affirmation, peace, etc….BUT WE NEVER NEED THE VOICE OF DOUBT!
4. The Presence Of God Is More Precious Than Diamonds.
You may be hurting and disillusioned, but you still got God. He has promised to be with us always. Learn to value His Presence. His Presence can calm the storm, reveal our vulnerable places, and can reveal His next steps for our lives.
No matter how it looks or how you fee, you are NOT a victim, but you are a VICTOR!
